90th update: Metropolis 9/? + Theme Sorter + Vacancy Break

Today is my birthday and from tomorrow I'll go to the seaside until 14th of Sempter!
update v11.4
The "Metropolis" update serie will include tons of new buildings and elements for your city, with the goal to supply a complete and realistic city tileset
- Added some textures and details to the building facade and roof (still have to do the "hotel" sign)
- Modified and added the tiles to make the building modular in both width and height
- Added the Theme Sorter folder, it actually includes 5 themes and the tilesets have a capped width of 512 px

You have made me so happy with every part of this update. We have needed a set max size limit to tilesets for a while. We have needed them organised better, and I love the hotel. This is a 20/10 update. Have a great birthday and try to relax on vacation <3
