329th update: Godot Autotiles + various tweaks 2/2

A couple of updates to improve all the terrains and fences tilesets, including new options and a godot autotile version for each
- Added a Godot Autotile version of each terrain that was convertible (26 total)
- Added a Game Maker Studio Autotile version of each terrain that was convertible (26 total)
- Tweaked and improved various terrain tilesets

From now on, the new theme will be only available in the "WIP_Theme".zip until it's finished. This way you won't have to download the whole asset to just have a couple of new sprites.
