359th update: Additional City Props 28/?

A bunch of updates to enhance what should be the core of this asset: the city
- Added another animated drone (divided into Take Off phase, Loop and Landing phase)
- Added a Grab animation to the second drone

From now on, the new theme will be only available in the "WIP_Theme".zip until it's finished. This way you won't have to download the whole asset to just have a couple of new sprites.
