This will be the very last theme of Modern Exteriors.  
Ranging from different styles and shapes, each update will feature a whole new building

- Added a new Generic House
- Added a potted plant + some variations
- Added a Sunshade Parasol and a deckchair

The new theme is only available in the "WIP_Theme".zip until it's finished.  This way you won't have to download the whole asset to just have a couple of new sprites.
