Thank you for sharing these valuables. How can I separate the tileset? I mean, I want to use the houses in it as separate objects. When I use it as a tile, the player walks over the tile. I could not make a collision adjustment.

You have to separate it into different tiles, and you a system for the player to only collide with some tiles.
I recommend you to add
8x8 tag, if it is 8x8 size
16x16 tag, if it is 16x16 size
32x32 tag, if it is 32x32 size
