Any resource packs - to be more precise, any type of image - works with RPG maker. What can happen is that you have to open some images and change borders for example to make them the pixel size you want.
However, never had to do this with LimeZus assets.

To make a decision on whether you can do that or not, you have to know what the license of these assets is.
If you look closely, you can see that the pack is licensed under the CC-BY 4.0 license. It is linked on this page: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
It is an important skill to have! It comes in handy. Even if you want to use programming code from others.
