update v3.5

'Neighborhood' update series focuses on buildings, shops and everything concerning the pedestrians city life

- Added the modular version of the new building with all the pieces to make it higher and wider
- Added some potted flowers to place on the sills
- Added 3 ready-to-use condos with the new material
- Added the named single files of each new sprite (70+)
