'Neighborhood' update series focuses on buildings, shops and everything concerning the pedestrians city life

- Added a trampoline (3 colors) and a simple jump animation
- Added some new options to the store railing tileset, such as the side-view gates
*the characters jump animation is just an idle animation synched with the trampoline
*Everyone who already bought the asset can get the new stuff for free

ahhh I actually saw them while having a walk with my dog yesterday and I had some memories back too ahahah
