'Neighborhood' update series focuses on buildings, shops and everything concerning the pedestrians city life

- Improved the gas station roof to look more realistic
- Added an iron ladder and some ventilation units to place on the roof
- Added a gas station store doormat and some grates to place on the ground
- Added a Car Wash extention and the front-view cars (6 total) to place into it
*Everyone who already bought the asset can get the new stuff for free
