update v9.9

The 'Camping' update serie gonna feature many classic camping scenarios along with new vegetation and versatile sprites.
~ Have marshmallows ready~ 

- Added a couple of bump of earth modular tilesets to have different height levels in camping and forest scenes
- Added a bunch of tufts of grass so the grass tileset doesn't look too dull
