98th update: Metropolis 17/?

The "Metropolis" update serie will include tons of new buildings and elements for your city, with the goal to supply a complete and realistic city tileset
-Added an Ice Cream shop ground floor, a menu sign (2 colors) and a table + chairs
- Added a Shutter so you can easily make a closed version of the clothing stores
- Added the layered version of the ground floor store
How do they work?
-- The ground floor features shops and various classic entrances
-- The floors above are stackable, they feature windows and balconies
-- The roof features various roof styles and elements to place on it
the palette is generic and recolors of each floor will be added in the end

Why are you selling this so cheaply? This is insane how much you get for basically nothing. Love your work btw, I can't wait to be good enough to actually use it

My plan was to make giant cheap assets + some more expensive "dlc assets" (like Modern Office), so everyone could have afforded all the essential stuff, regardless their condition! For the last months I was unable to work on dlc assets due to my condition, but I'm gonna start again very soon!
Another reason for the cheap price is that I feel like many assets out there are overpriced, since the asset creation is something you usually make and then put on sale forever, without the need to update it to keep selling!
If we would think it in terms of music production, a single cd should cost like 100$ compared to a generic asset pack on itch.io, since a cd has way more work behind it
