Here’s an idea for not-too-difficult elaboration on the modular buildings:

alts with left right middle fitting edges, so you can have buildings more than one unit long (with how you angled the roof it would work with those too!!)

You’d only have to patch the edges really. A possibility to reduce the space needed is to have the pieces cut out in a similar way to the character generators from the inside pack ?-? That way you only need to make each kind of facade once, and then each door/window/etc once… and you could always keep the ones that already exist just like this too as a premade thing 🤔 

Now I need a Bowling Alley, Antique Shop, Asian and Pizza restaurants, Supermarket, Games Store, Police station, Cthulhu and Garlic Bread.
