update v15.2

The "Metropolis" update series will include tons of new buildings and elements for your city,  with the goal to supply a complete and realistic city tileset

- Continued to draw the School, I hope I'm able to finish this tomorrow, it's being a tough one so far, ngl!
- Added a bridge piece (both sides) to the Pier Tileset (-> Camping)
