update v19.6

The "Metropolis" update series will include tons of new buildings and elements for your city,  with the goal to supply a complete and realistic city tileset  

The Swimming Pool is the newest theme, both fitting the School Yard and urban areas

- Added a waterless version of the swimming pool tileset
- Added the back and front views of the green dragon floatie (+ a floating ring)
- Added a 6 frames loopable animation to the new floaties
- Updated the singles folders with the missing stuff from the Junkyard (~150 files)
- Updated the theme files with the new stuff
