update v20.8

The "Metropolis" update series will include tons of new buildings and elements for your city,  with the goal to supply a complete and realistic city tileset  

Some overall usefull additions before proceeding with a new theme

- Added a couple of new sidewalk obstacles and an automatic barrier (lifted up and down)
- Added a lift up animation to the automatic barrier
- Added a Parking Booth
