Modern Farm

This is literally the most requested asset of all time. I've decided to make it and give monthly alpha versions to each VIP patron. In addition, VIPs will be able to give suggestions and partecipate in polls regarding the developing of Modern Farm

The first month's rewards are already there to be grabbed, and here's what they feature:

Static:
- Added a wooden fence tileset
- Added a wooden crate, sign, gate and manger (empty and full)
- Added a watering place (empty and full) and hay blocks
- Added a chicken coop, a chicken sign, an egg sprite and an egg icon
- Added a soil tileset (2 types)
- Added carrots, gabbage, radish and yellow weed (different stages for each)

Animated:
- Added an open animation to the wooden crate and the wooden gate
- Added 4-dir idle, walk and peck animations for the chicken
