update v25.9

"Discord Suggestions" is a short series that will feature random prompts from the #suggestions channel on our Discord Server. 

The aim of this serie is to chop down the long suggestion list, without having to wait for a specific theme.

Each batch will last ~10 updates

- Added some rocks to finish the rocky wall and water stream theme
- Started drawing the Fire Station (nothing is final)

just noticed the fire enstinguisher's nozzle is too small tut
