Let's dive into the Beach, one of the big missing themes of Modern Exteriors Expect waves of new props, buildings and animals!
- Added a closed version of the beach umbrella, some beach towels and a new ball
- Added an open animation for the beach umbrella

From now on, the new theme will be only available in the "WIP_Theme".zip until it's finished. This way you won't have to download the whole asset to just have a couple of new sprites.
