A couple of updates to enhance what should be the core of this asset: the city
- Added 6 recolors for the first new car model
- Added 6 recolors for the second new car model
- Added 5 recolors for the third new car model
- Added an animated version for each one (20 total)

From now on, the new theme will be only available in the "WIP_Theme".zip until it's finished. This way you won't have to download the whole asset to just have a couple of new sprites.
