A bunch of updates to enhance what should be the core of this asset: the city
- Added the tower-like building (modular, with 5 different window options)
- Added the tower-like bulding animated door

From now on, the new theme will be only available in the "WIP_Theme".zip until it's finished. This way you won't have to download the whole asset to just have a couple of new sprites.
