A bunch of updates to enhance what should be the core of this asset: the city
- Added a modular version of the front-view stair
- Added a modular side-view pedestrian bridge
- Added some props to hang on the walls

From now on, the new theme will be only available in the "WIP_Theme".zip until it's finished. This way you won't have to download the whole asset to just have a couple of new sprites.
