update v13.2 

- Added an RPG Maker XP compatible file for each character that could fit in the 32x48 grid + character template
- Added a vertical stair (with and without the handrail)
- Added the vertical version of the TV cabinet, of the television itself and a light (3 colors) that can be used to fake the power on 
- Added an arcade cabinet (more will come tomorrow)

*Everyone who already bought the asset can get the new stuff for free
