138th update: RPG_Maker MV files global rearrange + import manual

- Now it finally works as intended -

- Rearranged every single RPG_Maker MV Them_Sorter file to follow the "2 big columns rule" of the sowtware, without breaking and shifting the tiles anymore (this operation actually took me 5 full hours to complete, damn)
- Added an "Import Manual" to the RPG_Maker MV folder with a step-by-step guide on how to use anything you can download from the asset
*Everyone who already bought the asset can get the new stuff for free
