278th update: "Room_Builder" improvement + new Hats

- Today I had some dizziness that kept me knocked out for a good part of the day, not sure about the cause but I'm pretty ok now.
I couldn't draw that much ad you can imagine, but tomorrow I'll catch up with the stuff ;)

- Added 6 modular steps to the "Room_Builder" file and its realted subfile
- Added 3 Winter Hats accessory files to the "Character_Generator"
