update v30.9

- Some of you have shown the need to have a single file for each sprite, so I decided to do that, starting from the newest theme 
- We are done with the single sprites! The living room was the last theme left!

- Added 122 pngs files to the "Living_Room_Singles" and the ase file containing one sprite per frame  
- Added 2 japanese male school uniforms (2 versions each) outfit files to the "Character_Generator"
- Added a new clothes displayer (4 colors) and a glass to place on it
- Added a bunch of folded clothes (4 versions) to place on the clothes displayer and 3 more folded shirts to place on the hanging shelves
- 

  *Everyone who already bought the asset can get the new stuff for free
