update v38.3

The last two accessories have been updated, now we have a total of 80 accessories!!
Tomorrow I'll revise all the Character_Generator stuff to fix eventual mistakes (I've already listed some)

- Updated and added 4 new recolors to  the "Accessory_17" (medical mask)
- Updated, revamped and added 2 new recolors to  the "Accessory_18" (chef hat)  

- Here's the list of the accessories with all the updated animations:
